Blueberry raspberry protein muffins

Looking for a healthy snack? Stop, look no further. How about these delicious blueberry raspberry protein muffins. The combination of blueberries and raspberries is a deliciously sweet combination. We are fans!

Ingredients

    • 150 gr. whole wheat flour
    • A mix of blueberries and raspberries +/- 150 gr.
    • 65 ml unsweetened almond brand
    • Organic Greek yogurt +/- 250 gr.
    • 100 gr. oatmeal
    • 2 tsp baking powder
    • 1 tsp baking soda
    • 2 tsp cinnamon
    • pinch of salt
    • 1 egg
    • 1 scoop Ekopura Organic Whey

How to make the muffins.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line 12 muffin tins with paper or grease them with oil. Then mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Take another bowl and mix the remaining ingredients together. Set aside the blueberries and raspberries for now, they will be added later. Mix the wet mixture and dry mixture well together and finally carefully stir in the blueberries and raspberries. Fill the muffin tins and put them in the oven for about 25 minutes. Then let them cool well and enjoy! Enjoy.
