We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. See below for all details on the shipping of our products.
Delivery Netherlands and Belgium
Orders placed on Monday - Friday before 22:00 are guaranteed to go out the same day and will be presented by the deliveryman for the first time the next day.
Delivery cost is 3,99 Euro and free shipping is available for orders over 25,00 Euro for the Netherlands and over 50,00 Euro for Belgium.

Delivery services
We ship orders in the Netherlands and Belgium with PostNL. Where possible we do that through the mailbox. Think of our omega 3, vitamins, magnesium and samples. For these orders you do not have to stay at home. Our protein powders and MCT powder unfortunately do not fit through the mailbox.
We ship European orders mainly with UPS or DHL. Think of the protein powders, shakers, or combined/large orders of our omega 3, vitamins, magnesium and samples.
We ship orders outside Europe and various destinations within Europe mainly with UPS Express.
If you have a strong preference for a different shipping service from our standard method, please let us know in the order notes. We will arrange for a different carrier to be used.
