RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Would you like to return or exchange a product? This can easily be done via our returns portal. However, there are certain conditions attached to this.
Return conditions:
- Returns: Perishable products can only be returned unopened and without damage.
- Reflection period: A 30-day reflection period applies to every purchase. Once the 30-day cooling-off period is over, the right of withdrawal expires
- Fees: Costs for returns are free if the above conditions are met. Returns are also free in case of a wrongly delivered product, a defective product or if the product is past its expiration date upon receipt (our products generally have a shelf life of about 12 months at purchase)
Refund: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned products, the purchase price will be refunded as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days.

Returns can easily be arranged yourself through the Ekopura Returns Portal. You'll need your name, zip code and order number and must complete a few steps. Make sure the products are well packaged and deliver them to a service point of your choice.
