You can divide proteins into two groups; animal or plant proteins. I understand that you can't see the forest for the trees with the amount of protein shake providers. If you want to buy protein from an online store, always check the ingredients list carefully. Good protein is expensive, you will see that the cheaper proteins are full of added sugar and sweeteners. Therefore, I personally prefer to take an organic protein. Yes, it is more expensive, but you know for sure that you are getting good quality protein.

It is also good to pay attention to the amount of protein per scoop, as this also varies. Also, be careful with flavors; "cookies & cream", geheid that there are extra sweeteners and flavorings added.
