Chia pudding is packed with fiber, protein and vitamins. The strawberries make the chia pudding deliciously sweet. It is a super tasty and healthy breakfast.
Ingredients
(For 2 servings)
- 2 ripe bananas
- 200 grams of fresh strawberries
- 6 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 2 scoops Ekopura vegan protein vanilla
Preparation
1. Put 1 banana, the strawberries, Ekopura and coconut milk in the blender and blend to a creamy smoothie.
2. Spoon the mixture into a bowl and stir in the chia seeds. Leave this in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Stir it once in between.
3. Divide the chia pudding between two glasses and garnish with toppings of your choice.
