These Blueberry Overnight Oats are made with coconut and almond milk for a sweet, fresh and creamy breakfast.
Ingredients
- 1 cup oatmeal
- Half cup of coconut milk
- Half cup almond milk
- Fresh blueberries
- 1 scoop Vegan protein blueberry
- Fresh raspberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Granola and raisins
How to make it.
- Bring the oatmeal with almond milk and coconut milk to a boil and simmer gently for about 3 minutes. Then mix in the vanilla, blueberries and Ekopura protein.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate the oatmeal overnight. Serve the oatmeal with granola granola and raisins.
