Ingredients
- 2 Scoops Ekopura Organic Whey Protein Purely Natural - 3 tsp baking powder - coconut oil - two overripe bananas - 250g oatmeal flour - 150ml almond milk - 60g honey (you can replace this with other sweeteners if you want) - 1 tl sea salt - 2 eggs - mixed nuts (mix of your choice)

For the Vegan variant you replace the eggs through apple sauce and the whey Vegan Protein.
How do you make the cookies?
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C - mix in a blender the bananas, eggs, almond milk and the coconut oil to a batter. - Then add the oatmeal, baking powder, protein, honey and salt to the batter and put it back into the blender.
