Chia pudding is super easy to make and very tasty. You make it the night in advance and the next day you finish it with toppings of your choice. With this easy recipe you make a super healthy chia pudding for breakfast or as a snack.
Ingredients
- 120 g ripe raspberries, fresh or frozen - 3 tbsp coconut rasp - 3 tbsp chia seed - 1 scoop Ekopura Vegan Protein - 250 ml vegetable milk
How are you?
Put the raspberries in a bowl and finely chop with a fork. Stir the coconut, chia seeds and Ekopura Protein. Pour the milk over it and stir until everything is mixed. Stir the first 10 minutes to prevent lumps. Place at least 30 minutes, but rather one night in the fridge. The pudding is ready when it is thick and jellyish. Without toppings, the pudding remains well closed for a few days well in the fridge. Finish it with toppings of your choice. Dried fruit and fresh raspberries are delicious. ENJOY!
