This Granola Breakfast Cookies are wonderful to start the day or a perfect snack on the road. They are healthy and easy to make. With a few ingredients you put these delicious cookies on the table. ENJOY!

Ingredients

  • Choose your favorite nuts, seeds, kernels and fruits (such as walnuts, pecans, almonds, sunflower seeds, oat flakes, dried apricots, dates and cranberries)
  • coconut
  • Pure or white chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil or coconut oil
  • 2 ScoopsEkopura Organic Whey Protein

How do you make the cookies?

Mix the Ekopura, Banana, fruits, nuts, seeds and seeds in a bowl. Then add the coconut oil or olive oil, chocolate and honey. Make small balls from the mixture and place them on a baking sheet on the baking paper. Push them a little slice with your palm. Bake them in a 20-minute temperature of 160 degrees.
