Summery smoothie bowl

A smoothiebowl is a tasty and responsible summery breakfast. You can really vary with it. Today we share a recipe for a smoothie bowl with apple, coconut yogurt, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries and nuts. We are a fan!

Ingredients

  • Half frozen banana
  • Organic cottage cheese or vegetable coconut yogurt
  • Fresh blueberries, blackberries, strawberry, apple and nuts
  • 1 ScoopEkopura Purely Natural

How are you?

Mix the cottage cheese, banana and Ekopura Protein in a blender and mix it until you have a nice mixture. Pour it into a bowl and finish it by sprinkling fresh fruit over it.
