  • Frozen banana pieces
  • Organic cottage cheese or vegetable vanilla yogurt
  • Apple, Mango, pineapple, grapes
  • 1 ScoopEkopura Vegan Protein Vanilla
  • Nuts, seeds and coconut flakes

How are you?
