Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 165°C.
  2. Grab a bowl and mix the flour, baking powder and salt together
  3. Grab another batter bowl and with an electric mixer mix together the softened butter, vanilla sugar and sugar. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing the batter until nice and smooth. Gradually add the flour mixture and mix well. Finally, add the milk and Ekopura, and mix until the batter is fluffy.
  4. Fill each baking cup in the cake/muffin tin with two mini ice cream scoops of vanilla batter.
  5. Bake the cupcakes for 18 to 20 minutes until done.
  6. After baking, let the cupcakes cool for two minutes outside the oven but in the muffin tin
  7. Finish with toppings of your choice
