- Half frozen banana
- Organic cottage cheese or vegetable coconut yogurt
- Fresh blueberries, blackberries, strawberry, raspberries, kiwi and passion fruit
- Seeds with nuts
- 1 ScoopNatural Vegan Protein Blueberry
How are you?
Mix the cottage cheese, banana and Ekopura Protein in a blender and mix it until you have a nice mixture. Pour it into a bowl and finish it by sprinkling fresh fruit and seeds / nuts over it.
