Protein raisins scones

A delicious, festive breakfast on the table on the weekend? Or enjoy a good high tea? Of course you do that with scones! You create this Healthy Protein Scones in an instant and are really delicious!

Ingredients

  • 250 grams of spelled flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 60 grams of coconut oil
  • 50 ml Maple Syrup
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 Scoops Ekopura Vegan Protein Vanilla
  • 60 ml hot water
  • Hand with raisins
  • Chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees
  2. In a bowl, mix the spelled flour, salt, Ekopura and baking powder
  3. Add the molten coconut oil, maple syrup and the vanilla extract and gently mix with a spatula
  4. Add the hot water and mix (again with the spatula)
  5. Finally, your spatula gently mix the raspberries through your dough
  6. With a spoon, scoops of dough on a baking sheet covered with baking paper
  7. Sprinkle the top of the scones with a little coconut oil before they enter the oven
  8. Let your scones bake light brown in approximately 15 minutes. The outside is then nice and crispy but they are still soft inside
  9. When the scones are ready, you get them out of the oven and pour a little bit of chocolade pasta over it
  10. Let them cool completely and enjoy!
  11. You can store the scones for a few days in a well-enclosed container
