Mini Protein Brownie Bites

Today we share a recipe for delicious small protein brownie with chocolate pieces. A healthy snack for the real brownie enthusiasts. ENJOY!

Ingredients

  • 200 gr flower
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 200 gr butter
  • 200 gr sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla-flavored sugar
  • 4 eggs (or 2 bananas)
  • 2 tablespoons of milk or vegetable milk
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 2 Scoops Ekopura Purely NaturalorEkopura Vegan Protein Vanilla

Preparation method

  1. Preheat the oven to 165 ° C. Grease a cake pan with butter and dust with a little flour.
  2. Take a bowl and mix the flour, baking powder and salt together and set aside.
  3. Take another batter bowl and mix with an electric mixer the soft butter, vanilla sugar and sugar together. Add one by one eggs, and mix the batter nicely smooth. Gradually add the flour mixture and mix well. Finally, add the milk and Ekopura and mix it to an airy batter.
  4. Spoon 1/3 from the batter in a separate bowl and mix in 2 tablespoons of cocoa. Spoon the vanilla fittings and the chocolate fittings alternately into the cake form to create the marble effect. Finish with a layer of vanilla fittings over the top.
  5. Bake the brownie approx. 55-60 minutes in the preheated oven. The cake is ready when a cocktail stick inserted in the middle of the brownie looks clean. Allow the brownie to cool in the baking pan for 5 minutes and then let go of cool on a grid. Finish it with chocolate pieces. Cut the brownie into small blocks and taste.
