What do you need? - 1 Scoop Ekopura Whey Purely Natural - 80 grams spelled flower - 250 ml milk or almond milk - 4 grams dried yeast - 55gram free-range egg - 5gram coconut oil - Fruit of your choice

Vegan Variant

For a fully vegetable variant you replace the Ekopura Whey through Ekopura Vegan Protein, the milk by almond milk and the egg by 50g apple sauce or a half (preferably good ripe) pureed banana. Preparation Do all ingredients in a bowl except the fruit. Use a hand blender to get the mixture to a smooth and sticky substance. Place a poffertjes pan on high heat and lubricate it with coconut oil. Put the batter in every round and put the fire slightly lower. Wait until the poffertjes are golden brown then turn the poffertjes. Leave the poffertjes for about 5 minutes on low heat. Place them on a plate and do it and enjoy it!
