For true chocolate lovers, this chocolate protein fluff recipe is a delicious treat. Not only is it incredibly delicious as a snack or dessert, it is also healthy.
What you need
- 250 grams of frozen strawberries
- 1 scoop Ekopura casein protein
- 200 ml organic chocolate milk
- 20 grams of cocoa powder
- hazelnuts
- cacao nibs
Preparation
- Crush the frozen fruit in a blender to a fine powder.
- Then add the casein, cocoa powder and chocolate milk and blend until creamy.
- Beat with an electric mixer for at least 3 minutes until fluffy. The longer you mix the more fluffy it becomes. Top it off with hazelnuts, cocoa nibs and enjoy!
