Start the day off right with this smoothie bowl with plant-based milk, chocolate, nuts and banana: a filling, sweet start to the day!

What do you need for 1 bowl?

  • 1 banana
  • 200 milliliters almond milk
  • 1 big tablespoon of cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop Vegan protein chocolate
  • honey to taste (optional)
  • choose your own toppings, for example banana slices, strawberries, blueberries, pistachio, dark chocolate flakes or granola

How to make this smoothie bowl?

  1. Peel and quarter the banana
  2. Put the banana with the almond milk, Ekopura and cocoa in a blender
  3. Blend until smooth
  4. Taste and add honey if necessary and blend again
  5. Put in a bowl and top with toppings of your choice
