Banana cherry and protein cake

This airy summer banana cherry and protein cake is incredibly easy to make and ready in no time. A tasty and healthy snack. Enjoy!

Ingredients

- 225 gram flour

- 1 tsp baking soda

- half a banana

- Organic cherries without stone

- Pinch of salt

- 75 grams of coconut blossom sugar

- 1 lime

- 90 ml oil

- 200 ml almond milk

- 1 scoop Ekopura purely natural or Ekopura vegan protein vanilla

How to make it.

Grease a cake pan and preheat the oven to 160 degrees.

Sift the flour into a bowl and mix in baking soda, salt and fine granulated sugar.

Grate the zest of the lime and squeeze out the juice. Add this along with the oil and almond milk to the dry ingredients and mix together with the whisk. Put the batter in the baking pan and spread the cherries on top. Do not press them into the dough because they will sink a bit during baking. Bake the cake in 40/50 minutes.
