Chocolate vanilla protein muffins

These chocolate vanilla protein muffins are really incredibly delicious! An easy on the go breakfast or just delicious as a snack. Enjoy!

Ingredients

    • 150 gr. whole wheat flour
    • Organic pieces of chocolate
    • 65 ml unsweetened almond milk
    • Organic Greek yogurt +/- 250 gr.
    • 100 gr. oatmeal
    • 2 tsp baking powder
    • 1 tsp baking soda
    • 2 tsp cinnamon
    • pinch of salt
    • 1 egg
    • 1 scoop Vegan protein vanilla

How to make the muffins.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line 12 muffin molds with paper or grease them with oil. Then mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Take another bowl and mix the remaining ingredients together. Set aside the organic chocolate pieces for now, they will be added later. Mix the wet and dry ingredients together well and carefully stir in the chocolate. Fill the muffin cups and put them in the oven for about 25 minutes. Then let them cool well and enjoy! Enjoy.
