Ingredients
- Half frozen banana
- Organic cottage cheese or vegetable coconut yogurt
- Fresh blueberries, blackberries, strawberry, apple and nuts
- 1 ScoopEkopura Purely Natural
How are you?
Mix the cottage cheese, banana and Ekopura Protein in a blender and mix it until you have a nice mixture. Pour it into a bowl and finish it by sprinkling fresh fruit over it.
