Ingredients
- Vegetable yoghurt or organic cottage cheese
- 1 scoop Ekopura vegan protein vanilla
- Fresh blueberries, strawberries and blackberries
- Banana
- Granola
How to make it.
Mix the yogurt, Ekopura Vegan Protein and banana in a blender and blend until you have a nice smooth mixture. Pour it into a bowl and finish by sprinkling fresh fruit and granola on top.
