Spring Smoothie Bowl

It is spring and the sun is starting to shine again. Time for a spring smoothie bowl with grapes, melon, strawberries, kiwi and apple. Finish it with 1 Scoop Ekopura, nuts and seeds and you have a delicious and nutritious breakfast!

Ingredients

  • Half frozen banana
  • Organic cottage cheese or vegetable yogurt
  • Fresh grapes, melon, strawberry, kiwi, apple and seeds and nuts

How are you?

Mix the cottage cheese, banana and Ekopura Protein in a blender and mix it until you have a nice mixture. Pour it into a bowl and finish it by sprinkling fresh fruit over it.
