A delicious, festive breakfast on the table on the weekend? Or enjoy a good high tea? Of course you do that with scones! You create this Healthy Protein Scones in an instant and are really delicious!
Ingredients
- 250 grams of spelled flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 60 grams of coconut oil
- 50 ml Maple Syrup
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 Scoops Ekopura Vegan Protein Vanilla
- 60 ml hot water
- Hand with raisins
- Chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees
- In a bowl, mix the spelled flour, salt, Ekopura and baking powder
- Add the molten coconut oil, maple syrup and the vanilla extract and gently mix with a spatula
- Add the hot water and mix (again with the spatula)
- Finally, your spatula gently mix the raspberries through your dough
- With a spoon, scoops of dough on a baking sheet covered with baking paper
- Sprinkle the top of the scones with a little coconut oil before they enter the oven
- Let your scones bake light brown in approximately 15 minutes. The outside is then nice and crispy but they are still soft inside
- When the scones are ready, you get them out of the oven and pour a little bit of chocolade pasta over it
- Let them cool completely and enjoy!
- You can store the scones for a few days in a well-enclosed container
