Ingredients
- Choose your favorite nuts, seeds, kernels and fruits (such as walnuts, pecans, almonds, sunflower seeds, oat flakes, dried apricots, dates and cranberries)
- coconut
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil or coconut oil
- 2 ScoopsEkopura Vegan Protein Vanilla
How do you make the cookies?
Mix the Ekopura, Banana, fruits, nuts, seeds and seeds in a bowl. Then add the coconut oil or olive oil and honey. Make small balls from the mixture and place them on a baking sheet on the baking paper. Push them a little slice with your palm. Bake them in a 20-minute temperature of 160 degrees.
