Starting in the morning with a nutritious breakfast makes you less inclined to snack during the day. This overnight oats with chocolate, seeds and coconut is an ideal start to the day.
Ingredients
- 1 cup oatmeal
- Half cup of coconut milk
- Half cup almond milk
- 1 scoop Ekopura purely natural
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How to make it.
- Bring the oatmeal with almond milk and coconut milk to a boil and simmer gently for about 3 minutes. Then mix in the vanilla and Ekopura protein.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate the oatmeal overnight. Serve the oatmeal with chocolate, seeds and coconut rind.
