Overnight oats with apple, cinnamon and protein
We love overnight oats for breakfast and this version with apple and cinnamon is a real treat. Since you prepare it the day before, all you have to do is take it out of the fridge the next morning. How easy is that!
What you need
- 150 grams of oat flakes
- 250 ml almond milk
- 2 tablespoons crushed flaxseed
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
- 1 scoop Ekopura Organic Whey protein
- Apple
How to make it
Mix all the ingredients together and pour into a glass or container. Cover it tightly and put it in the refrigerator. Take the overnight oats out the next morning and stir everything well. Top it off with pieces of apple and an additional teaspoon of cinnamon.
