Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein from Ekopura
- 70 ml vegetable yoghurt
- 20 ml Soya drink
- Toppings of your choice
This is how we're going to whip this up!
- Mix all ingredients until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a sealable Tupperware container and put it in the freezer for about 4 hours.
- To keep your protein ice cream cream cream creamy, mix it every hour during the first 4 hours of freezing.
Top with your favorite healthy toppings such as cinnamon, Cacao Nibs or strawberries. 🍓
