Who is not crazy about pancakes? We are in any case fan! And certainly of this protein variant. Tasty as a breakfast or as a snack in between. You can vary endlessly with the different toppings. This time we opted for cottage cheese, fresh fruit and organic strawberries syrup. Really a party on your plate!

What do you need? - 1 half banana - 1 teaspoon of coconut oil - 2-3 tbsp oatmeal - 50 g buckwheat or game flour - 50 g skinny cottage cheese - 3 eggs - 1 Scoop Ekopura - 1.5 tsp baking powder baking on two sides until they are nice golden brown.
