- 40-50 grams of oatmeal

- Dried fruit and granola
How are you?
- Bring the oatmeal with the water or vegetable milk to the boil and let it simmer for about 3 minutes. Then mix the organic raspberry sauce and Ekopura Protein throughout the whole.
