What you need.

- 1 half banana

- 1 tsp coconut oil

- 2-3 tbsp oatmeal

- 50 g buckwheat or spelt flour

- 50 g low-fat cottage cheese

- 3 eggs

- 1 scoop Ekopura

- 1,5 tsp baking powder

Briefly bake on two sides until nicely golden brown. Add a topping of your choice and enjoy!
