This chocolate smoothie bowl is packed with healthy ingredients is perfect to start the day. You make it in no time and it tastes absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
- 2 medjool dates
- 125 ml almond milk
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 avocado
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- 1 scoop Vegan protein chocolate
Topping
- Raspberries
- Nuts and seeds
- Cranberries
- Berries
- Dark chocolate
INSTRUCTIONS
Remove the seeds from the dates and put them with the almond milk in your (high speed) blender. Let stand for a moment so that your dates soften slightly. Meanwhile, peel the banana and cut into chunks. Cut the avocado in half, remove the skin and stone and cut the flesh into chunks
Add the banana, avocado and cocoa to the blender and blend to a creamy chocolate mixture. Top it off with your favorite toppings.
