Chia pudding has everything you need for a healthy breakfast. Healthy fats from the chia seeds, protein, lots of vitamins (from the kiwi) and the necessary carbohydrates and fiber from the granola. This power breakfast gives you a satiated feeling and is also super tasty. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 100 ml almond milk or coconut milk
  • 15 grams of chia seeds
  • Kiwi
  • Berries
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • To taste 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 scoop Ekopura vegan protein vanilla
  • Granola

How to make it.

Mix together the coconut milk/almond brand, matcha, chia seeds, vanilla, Ekopura and maple syrup, put in a sealed jar and put in the fridge. After an hour, give it another good stir and put it back in the fridge for the next morning. Top it off with kiwi, berries and granola.
