Ingredients

  • - 125g flower
  • 1 ScoopEkopura Organic Whey Protein
  • - 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • - 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • - 1 egg, beaten
  • - 250ml organic milk
  • - 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • - 2 ripe bananas, pureed
  • Fresh fruit of your choice

How do you make them?

  1. Mix the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Mix in a separate bowl The egg, organic milk, vegetable oil, Ekopura Organic whey and bananas.
  2. Stir the flour mixture into the banana mixture; The batter will be somewhat cloning.
