What is Cholecalciferol from Lichen?
We have chosen cholecalciferol oil for our Vitamin D3 that is pure natural and completely plant-based. The cholecalciferol comes from Lichen which is a special type of lichen. The moss is grown in a controlled environment so we can guarantee that the oil is absolutely clean and free of contamination or unhealthy additives.
Why do you use a capsule?
Ekopura Vitamin D3 comes in 120 small capsules because this way we can guarantee proper dosage and ease of ingestion. The capsules are very small and ensure that you get the right dose every day. With drops, you can easily slip and consume too much.
What is the shelf life?
The shelf life is always on the back of the package, at the bottom. We guarantee a minimum shelf life of 12 months. In reality, however, this is much longer because we produce regularly and keep small stocks. It is therefore possible to purchase several products at a time for a longer period.
What is the best way to store the capsules?
The capsules are best kept in their packaging, sealed and at room temperature, out of direct sunlight and out of reach of children. The ideal temperature is between 15 and 25 degrees Celsius.
What is the best way to take the capsules?
We recommend taking 1 capsule per day with water. To improve absorption, it is best to take vitamin D3 with a meal.
