RECOMMENDED USAGE

Beginners: start with 1 teaspoon of MCT oil powder per day and slowly build up to 2 tablespoons per day over 2-3 weeks. Too much MCT powder, especially on an empty stomach, can cause digestive discomfort.

I think it's great stuff! I noticed a difference right away.
